Mr. Culbert has always been an active member of CIREBA, serving as one of the Past Presidents and also as a CIREBA trainer for new members. The CIREBA Agent of the year is nominated by his/her fellow agents and is a highly honoured achievement. Agents are notably nominated because of their cooperation with other agents, their dependability and also their reliability. They also demonstrate true professionalism in their careers as a real estate agent. Mr. Culbert is a real estate agent at Rainbow Realty, and has been employed there since 1993. He has built up his career throughout the years through his hard work and dedication, and also a genuine love of the real estate business. CIREBA is the Cayman Islands only real estate brokers association, started in 1987, which governs the independently owned real estate businesses and also maintains the Multiple-Listing System. This system allows for a property to be listed with every member agent through CIREBA. Prospective buyers and sellers have access to over a billion dollars worth of listings through their CIREBA member agent. Currently CIREBA has 31 member companies and over 180 agents that are members.
