Billy Culbert is a Canadian trained real estate agent who graduated from BCIT majoring in Finance and spent nine years in both real estate agency and commercial development in Western Canada before moving to Cayman in 1983. Now with 30 years real estate experience in the Cayman Islands, he knows most of the island properties history, value and demand. Contributing to his community, in 1997 Billy was instrumental in establishing a professional realtor training program with qualification examinations for the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA). He served on the Board of Directors of CIREBA for many years and was President for three years including the challenging times following Hurricane Ivan in 2004. Always willing to share his experience and well regarded among his peers, Billy has won the Agent of the Year Award for CIREBA a record four times.
