Florence McGrath is the descendent of some of the first Caymanian Settlors, and in fact her grandfather was born in Pedro St James, an iconic local landmark. So, despite having also enjoyed living in Florida and England, at heart she really is an “island girl”, and is very proud of being a part of the history and culture of the Islands. For many years she used her law and sociology degrees to successfully service her Financial Services clients at various trust companies in the Cayman Islands. However, in the last six years she switched careers, and after passing the CIREBA exams, has focused on marketing her services as a real estate advisor. Similar to her approach in the Trust Industry, she prides herself on providing professional guidance and dedicated customer support. She brings many talents to the table: for example, her legal training has equipped her to explain the contractual and conveyancing process to her clients in detail, whilst her Architect husband has deepened her understanding of all things architectural. The customer feedback she receives confirms appreciation of her diverse background, and she really looks forward to assisting new clients on their real estate journey.
