Involved as a Real Estate Developer and Broker in the Cayman Islands since 1973 and engaged in full time brokerage in 1984, after acquiring experiences in Jamaican and Canadian real estate markets. In their earlier developments in the 1990's, I was engaged in development and sales of condo and apartments in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Fern Gardens, Royal Heights and Precious Stones are among the residential housing projects previously developed, and Pointdexter and Fern Gardens Phase II are ongoing locally.
I developed the first local mls system with Crighton Properties (1979) and later became an early member of the C.I.R.E.B.A., the formalized mls system for the Cayman Islands.
While offering the highest standard of real estate service in all areas, my focus is still on the personalized service and local knowledge required by real estate investors.
