Jennie Cairns is originally from Ontario Canada, she grew up in Burlington and later moved to Toronto. In her early hers she spent a lot of time travelling and discovering many cultures and places. Her experiences opened her eyes to the opportunity on how guest relations can be improved in all areas from hospitality to sales.
She started out in the restaurant industry and grew to working for a high-end lifestyles company where she headed a small team. Her mission was to improve the companies’ standards and training programs to ensure that each staff member was given the tools needed to provide the highest level of customer care to their clients. She was very successful in this role and there was a tangible increase in customer satisfaction and drove sales profits up to all areas of the company.
The winter temperatures of Canada are what lead Jennie to make the move Grand Cayman 12 years ago. Once here, Jennie found herself working in the tourism industry where she thrived at assisting guests with their dream vacations, renting properties, selling tours and excursions. She also provided property management and has worked with all types of industries to make sure her properties were well maintained and looked after.
When the opportunity to work in Real Estate came to be it was a natural move and a perfect fit. ? Jennie hopes that her passion and skill set in customer service, hospitality/tourism, property management and sales will allow her to provide her clients with unique knowledge of the market.
In the little spare time Jennie has she takes advantage of the island life, whether it is spending time with her son at the beach or enjoying a boat ride. The love for travel is always there and she tries to enjoy it when she can
