Livia has been living in Cayman for nearly 20 years. Originally from Canada, born and raised to Chinese parents from Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and French with an understanding of basic conversational Italian.
Being in tourism/hospitality & event management for 27 years made for a smooth transition into a real estate career. She also has been a real estate investor for over the past 10 years, managing her own properties.
