Having lived in the Cayman for 37 Years, I officially became a Real Estate Associate in 1990. Previously having worked as a Financial Controller in a Real Estate Development and Investment company for 6 years, this allowed me to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the island and the procedures involved with dealing with various Government Boards.
