Niakonnie ("Nikki") Broadhurst, has recently joined Cayman Islands Sotheby's International Realty. Born to a Caymanian mother and an American father, Nikki was born and raised in the Cayman Islands but also attended school in the United States. She accordingly combines her community knowledge with the understanding of what is important to local and foreign investors. Before joining the Sotheby’s team, Nikki worked as an Executive Assistant to the high level executives at a “Big 4” accounting firm for nine years. She is a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) with an Organizational Management specialty. Her past experience has given her the tools to allow her to know how to meet the needs of her clients in a diligent and effective manner while still being extremely friendly and approachable. She understands the importance of timelines and following through on commitments. Not only will Nikki make your goals her own, she will help you accomplish them in as effective a manner as possible while allowing you to have some fun along the way.
