Born on Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada to a family of real estate developers, the realm of property investment is quite simply second nature to Paula. At a very young age, her family traveled extensively throughout the Americas investing and developing in properties resulting in a unique global exposure and education.
Upon moving to the Cayman Islands in 1980, Paula’s family began a legacy of local development including various beach front estates, luxury beachfront condominium projects, apartment complexes and commercial properties. In an effort to expand her experiences, Paula became an Executive Legal Assistant and over the next 15 years earned much experience in corporate law, contract law, conveyance as well as litigation and estate law. In addition to her legal career, Paula opened an exclusive ladies boutique which she successfully ran for 3 years before selling.
Paula, embarked on her own development endeavors building a number of luxury residences, both in Canada and here in the Cayman Islands. In 2006 Paula retired from her legal career and began her exciting career in real estate. Focused on offering concierge-style representation to a niche market of high net worth investors, her honesty, integrity and commitment to providing the ultimate in personal representation have rewarded her with top producer each year since.
As a grateful breast cancer survivor, much of her personal time is dedicated to helping others and finding unique and personal ways to give back to her community.
