Sloane Rhulen has over twenty years of real estate experience and is well respected for her knowledge of the market and her successful track record in Cayman.
Prior to forming Rhulens, Ms. Rhulen worked inhouse at Dart Real Estate for three and a half years. She was brought on as Vice President of Leasing with oversight of Camana Bay and Regatta Office Park and was involved with the leasing of the Flagship and Island Plaza buildings in George Town and the Cayman Islands Yacht Club and Marina. She was also responsible for the residential sales department which handled the sales of Salt Creek and Yacht Club lands, rentals of the Terraces apartments in Camana Bay, and the design process and sales strategy of the Dart residential offerings (Camana Bay and the Kimpton).
Since founding her firm, she has successfully represented numerous residential purchasers and vendors Island wide, many commercial Landlords and Tenants and brokered the sale of multiple office buildings in George Town.
Before relocating to Grand Cayman she was employed for thirteen years in commercial real estate in Manhattan - first with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and then with CBRE. She was one of the most prolific young brokers on the scene and experienced tremendous success in one of the most difficult market environments in the world. Ms. Rhulen’s family has had a home in the Cayman Islands for over 40 years; she has grown up with many of the local owners and developers.
Throughout her distinguished career, Ms. Rhulen has worked on a variety of successful building and investment sales transactions including office, mixed use, and commercial condominiums, complex sale leaseback structures and countless commercial leases on behalf of Landlords and Tenants. She is known for her ability to build consensus between parties during challenging negotiations, her unwavering integrity and for providing the highest level of service to her clients.
