Samantha has called The Cayman Islands her home for the last 25 years. Originally born in Jamaica to British parents, Samantha spent her early childhood growing up in Barbados.
Samantha’s schooling was between her second home of Chester, England, where her parents now reside and Barbados.
Whilst visiting The Cayman Islands on a family holiday in the early 90’s, Samantha fell in love with her beautiful surroundings at first glance. After years of transatlantic travel, Samantha had found a place she could call home.
Samantha worked in broadcasting sales for over a decade in The Cayman Islands prior to entering the Real Estate profession, during her time in broadcasting sales, she developed many long-lasting business relationships.
Samantha joins Kuavo Cayman’s team with 15+ years of Cayman Islands Real Estate experience under her belt. Samantha has won many plaudits and International awards over the last decade for her excellent sales performance. Samantha is adept in sourcing great properties for her loyal customers, expertly marketing properties and helping families relocate to the Cayman Islands.
Samantha has an endearing personality and may be best described as a ‘social butterfly’, with vast professional and social networks in Cayman and throughout the Caribbean, due to her extensive travel.
In her leisure time, Samantha is a keen golfer, with a tee shot that would be admired by many on the pro tour, and let’s not forget her competitive spirit, that is there to be witnessed by all.
When she’s not on the Golf Course, Samantha loves nothing more than having fun with her two young nieces.
Although not known to many, Samantha is a talented Artist and has created many colourful masterpieces over the years. Inspired by her tropical surroundings, her vibrant disposition, clearly translates into the artwork she produces.
Samantha is a massive football fan, it’s no secret that Sam is a die-hard Liverpool FC supporter!
This special piece of paradise also garnered great rewards for Sam on a personal level, for Cayman is where she met her husband, Antonio “Nino” - an Award-winning Sommelier from Bolzano, Italy. Finding a loving husband and devoted life partner is one of Sam’s most cherished achievements.
Acknowledged wherever she goes, Sam always makes time for people, and with a smile for everyone, it’s understandable that she has friends in every corner of Cayman - a useful tool when developing a vast network of steadfast customers.
