Tammy, a fifth generation Caymanian, has lived on Grand Cayman all her life. She grew up in the real estate business as her father, Rex Crighton, was one of the first Caymanian real estate pioneers. She graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in management and marketing. After graduating in 1992, she moved home and joined the family business.
