CIREBA HONOURS LOCAL DEVELOPER FRASER WELLON

The award presented in recognition of Mr. Wellon's contributions to the real estate industry as a developer and for his ongoing commitment to developing projects of the highest standards, was presented in an evening celebration attended by all CIREBA members at Grand Old House.

Over the past 20 years Mr. Wellon has made great contributions to the Island, most notably to the luxury condominium market with Pinnacle, Water's Edge and the much anticipated WaterColours - currently under construction on Seven Mile Beach. Known for his attention to meticulous detail, focus on safety and security, extensive amenities and expansive oceanfront floor plans, WaterColours will not disappoint with 60 private sea facing residences offering three-, four- and six-bedroom floor plans and ranging in size from 3605 to over 7241 square feet.

"The depth of thinking Fraser puts into each and every project is commendable", said James Bovell, CIREBA Board of Director, "Fraser takes up residence within his own developments - a great testament to his product where his customers and clients become his neighbours and friends. This allows him to see and feel how the property is used and determine what can be done to make future properties even better. Our marketplace has benefited tremendously from this effort. Fraser takes each opportunity to build better, stronger and more innovative properties, challenging the local construction standards and fueling our local economy with jobs and overseas investors. We thank Fraser for his continued support of the Cayman Islands real estate market and the Cayman Islands itself, as development is such a vital and crucial contributor and really is the third pillar of Cayman's economy."
